If you have any questions or are not satisfied upon receiving your kreation, please contact me directly, as soon as possible (email: kreated4youbykathy@gmail.com). Although we typically don't take returns or exchanges, we want you to love your new jewels and will work with you to find a solution. If something breaks, as jewelry can do sometimes, please contact us and again, we'll work to resolve any issues. Please remember that most Kreated 4 You By Kathy pieces are one-or-two of a kind and are all handcrafted, because of this a piece could vary slightly from the picture listed online. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!  

Message me if you'd like something similar kreated just for you!  It would be my pleasure.  All of my kreations are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, so no two are the same, you will still have an original.

This pendant can be handcrafted upon request. It will take two to four weeks to be ready for you but if you are patient, a very similar item can be crafted for you.

Please bear in mind that all items are one-of-a kind, handcrafted kreations. The pendant you receive will be similar but not exactly the same as the item in picture.
